Free Feasibility Study

Kienzle Prozessanalytik GmbH offers you a free preliminary examination of the operating supplies and substances relevant for your processes, so that you can assess the suitability of our analysis procedures for your application.

Preliminary Examinations

You send us small sample quantities for examination. The fluorescence behaviour of the substances is first determined under a spectroscope in our laboratory. The optimum excitation wavelength can then be derived. Defining a suitable observation wavelength then ensures specific traceability through our analysis system.

Evaluation and Assessment

Following these preliminary examinations, you will receive an evaluation from us, which includes a graphical diagram of the determined results. We will explain our assessment of your problems to you. This will include concrete proposals for the realistic implementation of measurements and analysis tasks.

Project Processing

If you are satisfied with our results regarding the performance of our technology, we recommend the following procedure: In-house meeting at your company to discuss the system and the production process.

• In particular, the operating conditions and conditions of use will be discussed in more detail.
• Definition of a binding specification of the desired intended use and all relevant operating parameters in consultation with yourselves, including additional requirements such as signal processing, data recording, remote control, service, maintenance and employee training.
• Setup of a binding quotation for the entire project by Kienzle Prozessanalytik GmbH.

On-Site Test Operation

Some customers prefer to safeguard their decision with a local test operation. We offer to provide a device on loan for this purpose. The fees for the loan, merely a cost sharing, will be credited at the rate of 50% upon purchase of the system.

Sample Selection and Dispatch

If you wish to send us samples for preliminary examination, we would ask you to observe the following:

• Samples of the relevant substances involved in the process.
• Sample quantities of approx. 100ml.
• Dispatch only in glass bottles.
• Product specification or safety data sheet respectively.
• In the case of emulsions or other mixtures to be manufactured using the samples, we require information on the precise composition, if possible the respective manufacturer's instructions, and at least the typical application concentration.
• Information on the matrix, in other words, the surrounding substance (water, metal, etc.) in or on which the examined substance is to be determined.
